1. Return Window
We proudly provide a 30-Day Return Policy. This means you have exactly 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a successful return, your item must meet all of the following requirements:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which you received it.
It must be returned in its original packaging.
- All original tags, accessories, and informational inserts must be included and remain intact.
- A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation number is required.
Please Note: Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined and returned to the customer.
3. Return Shipping Costs
We believe in maintaining clear and fair return policies for all of our customers.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, Cador will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label, and you will have the option of receiving either a full refund or a free replacement. -
Customer Remorse / Change of Mind:
If you decide to return an item because you changed your mind, selected the wrong size or style, or no longer need the product, the return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
4. Restocking Fees
We value our customers and strive to make returns as affordable as possible. For this reason, Cador does not charge any restocking fees.

5. How to Start a Return
Beginning a return is quick and easy. Simply follow these steps:

Email support@cador.shop with your Order Number, the exact reason for your return, and clear photos of the product (photos are required for damaged or defective item claims). -

Our dedicated customer support team will review your request and respond within 24 hours with return authorization and further instructions. -

6. Refunds Process
After your returned item has been received and thoroughly inspected at our facility:
- We will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the full refund will automatically be credited back to your original payment method. - Refund Processing Time: Please allow up to 7 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refunded amount to your account.
7. Exchanges
The fastest and most effective way to receive the item you want is to:
Return the original item by following the return process outlined above.
Once your return has been accepted, place a new and separate order for the item you would like instead.
8. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized, engraved, or custom-made products.
- Products specifically marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
